Deir Yasin Massacre in Palestine 1948

Israeli Irgun Zvai Leumi and Stern Gang forces massacred the 254 Palestinian Arab inhabitants of the village Deir Yasin, near Jerusalem (April 9); most of those killed were noncombatants.
